Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so, from the date on which You received the Goods.

Conditions for Returns

For the Goods to be eligible for a return:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging, unused and in resalable condition

The following Goods cannot be returned: personalised items, perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive products once unsealed.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, our delivery agent will retrieve your order. Once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
